Company scope
1. Installation & Maintenance of Telephone Equipment
· Installation of Telephone switching equipment such as PABX or Key Systems (such as CommandersÔ, NEC, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Index, Ericsson) and associated items such as Voice Mail, Call Account Equipment, integrated and standalone DECT & PHS and standard telephone handsets.
· Telstra trained on ANT1.
· Installation of distribution frames as required.
· Installation of internal cable for the use of Telephones, this includes Categories 5, 5e & 6 UTP, standard twisted pair telephone cable in sizes from 4 wire to 200 wire.
· Installation of cable tray, conduit and ducting to carry the cables from point to point. These cable support items could be internal or external and fixed to walls, aerial or buried as required.
· Cutover or commissioning of equipment at a convenient time for customers and liasing with carriers such as Telstra for the supply of services.
· Maintenance on all of the above.
2. Installation and Maintenance of Data Cabling and Computer Networking Equipment
· Installation of Cabinets for mounting equipment such as Patch Panels, Hubs, Switches, Routers, UPS.
· Installation of equipment such as Patch Panels, Servers, Hubs, Switches, Routers, UPS.
· Installation of cable for the use of Data, this includes Categories 5, 5e & 6 UTP, Coaxial cable and Optical Fibre cable in various forms and sizes. These cables are terminated on a variety of sockets and outlet plates.
· Installation of cable tray, conduit and ducting to carry the cables from point to point. These cable support items could be internal or external and fixed to walls, aerial or buried as required.
· Maintenance on all of the above.
3. Installation & Maintenance of Computer Equipment
· Install Computer hardware such as CPU (main box) and associated equipment such as Monitors, Keyboards, Modems, Printers etc
· Maintenance on all of the above.
4. Installation & Maintenance of P.A. (Public Address) Systems
· Install PA Amplifiers and associated equipment such as Microphones, Music devices.
· Install Speakers as required.
· Maintenance on all of the above.
5. Installation & Maintenance of Telecommunication Carrier Equipment
· Install and commissioning of equipment such as Telephone Switching Equipment as used by Telecommunication Carriers such as Telstra & Optus. This includes Power equipment, Batteries, Switching, Transmission equipment such as Microwave, Fibre, WLL (Wireless Local Loop), Mobile Base stations and LMDS (Local Multipoint Distribution System, Microwave point to multipoint) systems.
· All associated metal work and framework to hold the equipment.
· Maintenance on all of the above.
6. Consultancy on Telecommunication requirements.
· Advise customers on equipment requirements for their business.
· Supply information on utilisation of resources. Implement changes as required.
